Use the skin pinch method (turgor test): gently lift the skin on your abdomen with two fingers and pinch for a few seconds. If the skin does not immediately smooth out, this is a signal for increased moisturizing. If the skin instantly returns to normal, the moisture level is fine and it is sufficient to maintain it for a healthy condition. Recommendations for use:

1. Recovery: For intensive moisturizing, use the cream-butter every other day for 2-3 weeks. It deeply moisturizes and returns elasticity to the skin.
2. Maintenance: To maintain a normal level of moisturization, apply the cream 1-2 times a week. When applied to damp skin, absorption is slower; on dry skin, absorption is instantaneous. If you notice a light white coating upon application, this is a manifestation of D-panthenol (vitamin B5), a key active ingredient responsible for skin repair.
